Terms and conditions
Last updated: 08/10/2026
These terms govern the use of the cnc-machine website, published by SAS SOLANGE, and subscription to its Premium offer. The site is intended exclusively for business users.
This English text is provided for convenience. The French version is the binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. The service
cnc-machine is a professional directory listing machining workshops and CNC machine tool suppliers, ranking them, and forwarding to the relevant companies the quote requests submitted by buyers.
The publisher is neither a party to nor an intermediary in the contracts concluded between a buyer and a listed company. It guarantees neither that business will be concluded, nor any volume of requests, nor the quality of the work carried out.
2. Free listing
Basic listing is free and without commitment. A company may claim its listing after verification, complete it, or request its removal at any time by writing to contact@solange-agency.com.
3. Premium offer
A Premium subscription gives access to:
- receipt of the quote requests addressed to the company, with the buyer's contact details;
- prominence in rankings, labelled as such;
- the full showcase: machine list, certifications, inspection equipment, projects, gallery, links;
- appearance on the pages of the cities where the company declares it operates;
- detailed traffic statistics for the listing, and their export.
Two fixed terms are offered:
- 6 months — €250 excluding tax
- 12 months — €400 excluding tax
There is no automatic renewal. At the end of the term the subscription ends and the listing reverts to a free listing: it stays online, but stops receiving quote requests, stops appearing at the top of rankings and stops displaying its showcase. No notice of termination is therefore required — simply do not renew. Two reminders are sent by email, thirty days and then seven days before the term ends.
Subscription follows a discussion, with no online payment. The accepted quotation sets the amount and the term; it prevails over any general statement on the site.
Payment is due in advance, on ordering. The subscription takes effect on the date payment is received, not on the date of the quotation: Premium benefits open at that moment, and the end date is calculated from it. No access is opened before payment is received, and no payment terms are granted.
It follows that no credit is granted and that late-payment penalties do not arise: a payment that does not reach us simply means the service is not opened. Should payment fail after activation — bank rejection, cancellation — Premium access is suspended and the listing reverts to a free listing.
As this is a business-to-business contract, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumers does not apply, unless the client company meets the legal conditions granting it that right.
4. Content published by the company
The company remains responsible for the content it publishes and warrants that it holds the rights to it. It undertakes to include only accurate information — in particular regarding certifications, where a false claim is its sole responsibility.
Content is published directly, without prior approval, and moderated afterwards. The publisher may remove without notice any content that is inaccurate, off-topic or unlawful. Outbound links inserted into free-text fields are removed automatically; only the listing's "website" field is a permitted link.
5. Quote requests
Requests are forwarded to the matching Premium companies. The publisher guarantees neither their number, nor their relevance, nor that they will lead to an order.
Misuse of the service is prohibited: extracting the database, mass canvassing, or using contact details obtained for purposes other than answering the request received. A breach results in suspension of the account without refund.
6. Availability
The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the site accessible, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Maintenance operations and hosting incidents give no right to compensation.
7. Liability
The publisher's liability is limited to direct and proven damage, and may not exceed the amounts paid by the client over the last twelve months. Indirect loss is excluded, in particular loss of revenue or of customers.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Ranking, and how paid subscriptions affect it, is described in the ranking methodology.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. Clients with a subscription in progress are notified by email at least fifteen days before the changes take effect, in accordance with European Regulation 2019/1150.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the publisher's registered office.
